This website is operated by Outshore Gear (“Outshore Gear,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Online Store Terms

You must be the age of majority in your state to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal purpose or violate any applicable laws.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

We may change products, descriptions, and prices at any time. We try to display colors and images accurately but can’t guarantee your monitor’s display. We may limit quantities or refuse any order (including those that appear to be for resale). If we change or cancel an order, we’ll attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

Taxes & errors: Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing or content errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

4. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues

Processing time and shipping windows are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon carrier acceptance and/or delivery scan at the address provided. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, follow the steps in our Shipping Policy and contact the carrier; we’ll help investigate.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Certain items (e.g., opened scents/consumables, used tackle, final-sale items) are not returnable.

6. Accounts & Security

You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links “as-is.” We’re not responsible for third-party sites, content, products, or services. Review their terms and policies before using.

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

14. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida. (If you prefer arbitration, say the word and I’ll swap this for an arbitration clause.)

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
