Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation)

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened liquids, scents, or consumables
  • Used lures, fishing line, or items showing wear
  • Final-sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Email contact@outshoregear.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for the return

We will reply with instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping on standard returns.
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days; your bank or card issuer may require additional time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received the refund, contact us at contact@outshoregear.com.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. For the fastest service, place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund.

Warranty

Any manufacturer warranties (if applicable) are handled directly by the manufacturer. We’re happy to help connect you if needed.
